Episode Description
Burnout, anxiety, and exhaustion are common byproducts of ADHD in women. Juggling busy work and family schedules alongside an (often undiagnosed) neurological condition leaves many women desperate for support and validation. In the meantime, career ambitions and societal commitments can lead us to crippling burnout cycles.
During this webinar, we’ll explore:
- The factors that contribute to excessive burnout in neurodivergent females
- The connection between hormones and energy cycles
- How to identify triggers and step into daily burnout prevention mode
- Practical strategies and holistic practices to break burnout cycles, delegate tasks, ask for help, and become better role models
- How to harness self-awareness and self-compassion to live life on your terms
